Who we are

NissanCarDeals.com is the personal sales and marketing website of Alfie A. Sabalones, Marketing Specialist at Nissan SVC Sucat. It is not the official website of Nissan Philippines. In this policy, "we" and "Alfie" mean Alfie A. Sabalones, who is responsible for the personal information described here.

What this website collects

This website has no user accounts, no payment system and no database. When you use the inquiry form, the name, vehicle choice and message you type stay in your browser's memory only. We do not receive them, and they are cleared when you close or reload the page.

Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send your message through WhatsApp or Viber. At that point, the message you prepared is handed to that app, and Alfie receives it only if you send it.

Information you share in chat

If you message Alfie on WhatsApp or Viber, we receive your name, your phone number or account details, and anything you write. We use this to answer your questions, prepare a quotation, discuss financing, arrange a test drive, and follow up on your inquiry. We may share the details you give us with Nissan SVC Sucat and its partner banks only as needed to process your request, such as a quotation, financing application or reservation.

WhatsApp and Viber are third-party services with their own privacy policies. Opening a chat takes you out of this website.

Analytics and cookies

This website may measure page visits and button clicks, such as chat hand-offs, to understand which pages are useful. We do not include your name or message contents in these events. If advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies and send visit information to Meta. You can block these through your browser settings or Meta's ad preferences.

How long we keep information

We keep chat inquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary sales follow-up. Ask us to delete a conversation at any time and we will do so unless the law or a bank requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Children

This website is for adults looking to buy a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
